Caddy Carriages Return Policy:

At Caddy Carriages, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our enclosed golf cart customization products. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options in the event that you need to make a return.

Online Orders:

For customized golf carts ordered online, we accept returns within 1 day of receiving your golf cart. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover the costs associated with customization and handling.

In-Person Purchases:

If you make a purchase at one of our physical locations, you may return the product within 7 days of the purchase date. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover the costs associated with customization and handling.

Conditions for Returns:

The product must be in its original condition, including all components, accessories, and packaging.

Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Any damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.


Products that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer.

Return Shipping:

The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of the product.

Use a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance to ensure the safe return of the product.

Beyond 7 Days:

After the initial 7-day return period, all sales are considered final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return:

Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any supporting photographs if applicable.

Wait for approval and instructions from our customer service team before shipping the product back to us.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee.

Caddy Carriages reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria or if the return policy is abused.
